Laser Cutting Machine
This method offers exceptional precision, speed, and cleanliness for cutting even the smallest details. It is commonly used to process steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. When cutting carbon steel in a nitrogen gas environment, the cutting edge stays smoother and cleaner, preventing oxide formation.
These machines provide high precision cutting of sheets of various thicknesses. The laser table accommodates workpieces up to 1.5 × 3 m, providing efficient processing of both small and large components.

Laser Welding Machine
For welding, we will use a laser welding machine, which allows us to perform work 2-10 times more often than traditional methods, especially when working with sheet steel blanks up to 2 mm. Peculiarity of working with such machines is a low heating power without deformations and a great and beautiful shva. Such method is necessary for subsequent processing.
With the help of a repeating machine, we can cook not only steel, but also aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in a different way.

Bending machine
We use a hydraulic bending machine controlled by a programmable controller, and various types of punches and dies are available to be able to perform a wider range of tasks.

CNC Milling Machine
For milling products, as well as for making prototypes, we use a CNC milling machine.
Our machine and a set of accessories for it allows you to work with soft metal alloys, plastic, wood and other materials.
