How to deduct VAT on your purchase? NEW

A Detailed Guide

If you represent a company from another EU country, you can deduct VAT when purchasing from us. We issue an invoice without VAT, using the Reverse Charge mechanism. Here’s how it works:

1. Provide your VAT number

Before purchasing, make sure your VAT number is registered and valid. You can verify it through the VIES system: check VAT Number 

Send us your VAT number, and we will prepare the invoice accordingly.

2. Receive an invoice without VAT

Once your VAT number is provided, we issue an invoice without VAT. The invoice will include:

  • your VAT number
  • our VAT number

Note:  Reverse Charge – VAT not charged according to EU regulations.

Example:

Price on website 10 263,00 kr SEK (incl. 25% VAT)
Price excluding VAT 8 210,40 kr SEK
Invoice total 8 210,40 kr SEK (excluding VAT)

3. Declare VAT in your country

After receiving the invoice without VAT, you must declare and deduct VAT in your VAT return.

Example for a Swedish company (25% VAT):

  1. Add VAT: 8 210,40 × 25% = 2 052,60 kr SEK.
  2. Deduct the same VAT if the product is for business use: 2 052,60 kr SEK.
  3. Result: VAT is added and deducted, no payment required.

4. What documents do you need?

Ensure you keep:

  • The invoice issued by us.
  • Delivery documents.
  • Proof that the product is used for business purposes.

Website price 10 263,00 kr SEK (incl. VAT)
Price excluding VAT 8 210,40 kr SEK
Invoice 8 210,40 kr SEK (excluding VAT)

VAT is declared and deducted in your country, final VAT payment = 0 kr SEK.

 

How do I place an order for a welding table?

  • Select products and add them to the cart
  • Go to the "Shopping cart" section
  • Enter your details
  • Select delivery method and provide your address
  • Choose payment method

What payment methods are possible?

1. The buyer is an individual

You can pay for your order in different ways: bank card or wire transfer. You can choose the payment method on the checkout page.

2. Legal entity

Is self-delivery of the order possible?

Yes, it is possible. You can pick up your order on weekdays from 10-16 at Lyhtytie 17, 00750 Helsinki.

Under what conditions can I return a product?

You can return the goods under the following conditions:

  • the product is defective or damaged;
  • the product is broken and does not function;
  • the wrong product was delivered.

You can return the goods by courier delivery or bring the item to our office.

What kind of goods are returnable?

An item is returnable if:

  • there are no traces of use on the table and legs;
  • the merchandise is still in good condition;
  • the packaging is intact;
  • the consumer properties of the goods are preserved;
  • you return the whole set.
